   Here's the deal our server was great the food was even better came out on time was warm not overheated👍🏾 I did reserve a table which maybe wasn't necessary just wanted to hold a spot took a while though for the hostess to seat us, now the shakes definitely wonderful a little overpriced but definitely these are handcrafted shakes my kids left with a big smiles😁 you said outside in the holiday themed room decorated very nicely however they could have used a few more heaters especially given the fact that we were drinking shakes the one negative but not too negative the service fee not sure if this is a eating in downtown Chicago thing or just the restaurant overall they got something here

   I would have given a higher review, because the food and staff were nice. But I made reservations for my wife and I to go and be in a Winter Wonderland/Christmas environment. When we got there, they said that they were over booked (the manager lets it get out of hand), and that there were no more seats available in the winter wonderland. So we had to go to another section upstairs, where there were no Christmas vibes at all, it was 80s themed and current music playing. I wanted to hear Christmas music and drink hot chocolate and be in the ambiance, that was taken away from me. Now I have to pay for another winter wonderland date.

   The NOT SO GOOD: Despite being labeled "outdoor tent turned into indoor heated dining," we were freezing cold and had to eat with our coats on. (not a great time to enjoy all the ice cream shakes!) They only have one hot drink with alcohol (hot cocoa) which we didn't really want to drink prior or during dinner. It was super loud. Seating was not comfortable (metal chairs and couldn't put our legs under the table we were seated.) At the end of the meal, you pay on the little machine so you can't see the bill, only the total with tip already included. There must've been some other fees, too, but I was too cold to deal with it. The GOOD: The food and service were very good. The decorations very festive and plentiful.

   We made a reservation not knowing we would be seated upstairs where there were no holiday decorations at all. If you want the festive environment, call and make sure you are seated on the main level. The service upstairs was horrible. Likely because they have to go downstairs to get everything. Getting the drinks took forever. The table next to us got their food and still had never received their drinks. They were out of both of the drinks that we wanted. The food other than that was good. The only reason we stayed was because our kids wanted the shakes.

   Service was incredible for my husband and I and our 3 kids ages 7 and under! Food/drink came out so quickly and was beyond delicious. Def recommend the onion ring tower! Hot chocolate was so good.

   Hostess was not friendly at all, our server luckily was very nice but she was busy taking care of other tables. Food came out and the burger was mediocre, the bun was super dry almost as if it was old. Ordered the birthday cake it was ok, the cookie that came on top was very hard. There was nothing special to this place.

   We went to JoJo's last year and had a great experience. We mostly enjoyed it this year as well but the food is average. Portions are small. We did really enjoy JoJo's loaded fries and the mozzarella sticks. The mini hot dogs were just okay. The shakes were wonderful. I'd recommend simply going for shakes and the experience and skipping on the food. Prepare accordingly though and bring warm coats because the outside pop-up is definitely a bit cold. Service wasn't terrible, but lacked attentiveness and forgot some of the food. We still enjoyed it this year, but may try something new next year.

    when i first came i immediately got seated my food came fast which i loved but a problem was my wrap it was cold when i first got it and i asked my waiter for a vanilla add oreo shake and i only got a vanilla shake and when i tasted my oreos it was very steal and not pleasing at all.
