   The Winter Wonderland was not as advertised. We were Sat at a high top that barely fit 4. We had 5. The table Was right next to the front door/arcade/waiting area. The Menus were dirty and sticky. It was more of a Chucky Cheese Atmosphere. Full of kids. We had one drink and left. Never Even ordered food. I did go upstairs to look around. The Treehouse looked fun but was very hot. I would like to go Back in the summer and sit outdoors. This time I will know What I’m walking into.

   Great atmosphere for the holidays. Friendly and didn’t feel rushed with having a 90 min max for dining because of the holidays.

   Took my kids for the experience (holiday decor and treats) and they loved it. Food was average. First pretzel we ordered was frozen in the middle but they comped it and the second one. Service was slow but again kids had a great time!

   Fun and festive atmosphere for the holidays. Good onion rings, we ordered the smash burger and honey chicken sandwich and both were excellent! Good waffle fries, too. Shake was decent. Honestly, would return for the food, and skip the shake.

   The shakes were way overpriced and not good. Not many Christmas items. What a waste of time and money.

   We sat at the table closer to the waiting area that was filled with arcade games and kids slamming the buttons. People constantly would stand super close to our table waiting for their table. This table needs to be removed completely. I was basically eating in the waiting area with annoying kids and adults standing right on top of my table. The music was terrible, the system needs to be retuned, the bass was so bad it over power the Christmas songs. Food was great, service was 5 out of 10. She took our order and gave us our bill. Waitress barely came around because we were buried in the waiting area, she would have to fight to get to our table. People wouldn’t move. Milk shakes were milkshakes (I mean how could you mess that up) but the cookies were harder than rocks. Could barely even bite them. All the add ons in the milk shakes were stale. Cool concept but obviously needs work.

   Sat on patio for winter wonderland. They put us by outside door which was brutal. People kept coming in and out as well as the freezing cold air. Tables are very small out there, as well as being very dark. Expected to be more wowed by the decor for Christmas, not so much. Better off going during regular time to enjoy a fun dessert.
