   Our servers were very sweet - and Steve was helpful, and accommodating for our large group. Food was great - shakes and desserts were amazing. Decor was festive and fun. Will definitely be back - just probably not with such a large group. Friendly staff all around!

   Food was super expensive and I found it left a lot to be desired. Our bill was over $200 for my family of five and we had to stop to eat somewhere else because other than the shakes the food was not good at all.

   My experience dining at JoJo’s recently was poor. I was there on a date and we were sat at a group booth with a family that had three children. The service was very slow, our waitress took the order of the family and then didn’t come back to take our order for 25 mins. We both ordered the Santa sangria which is 18 dollars for basically a cup of ice that didn’t come until we were almost done eating. The shake we ordered was brought with hair in it and we had to send it back and no one apologized for the hair. Overall the service was slow and the food/drinks were expensive and not very good.

   We had my daughter’s 18th birthday here with 7 of her friends. I prepaid for the ornament painting and dinner experience. Everything was great except they had to wait 30 minutes for their table (reservation was at 6:30 and they were finally seated at 7). I can see 10-15 minutes, but 30 minutes after your reservation - especially for a prepaid birthday dinner - is disappointing.

    Food was good, cute place. Service was not great. Some people working there do not look happy to be there at all. We did the ornament painting and was not impressed. You get up and get your own supplies no stencils or guidance.
