   Had a bad experience last year taking forever and never seeing our server. Gave them a second chance and well worth it. Fun atmosphere, attentive waitress, great food and shakes. Will definitely be back.

   Service was wonderful! We ordered a few different things and they were all good, nothing super fantastic but nothing was bad. We loved the big shakes! The decorations inside were great. The only two things I will mention, the music was very loud and there was a bit of a wait to check in with the hostess, but it was very busy tonight. Overall a great dining experience and we will be back!

   Six of us fit comfortably in a booth. Food and drinks were awesome all around! Served was fun and efficient. First time there and already excited to go back!

   Our waitress was fabulous. The person that delivered the food spilled soup down the front of my daughter didn’t even apologize. The value of the amount of food for the money and the preparation of the food is definitely not worth it.

   Food was good, drinks were great. A little expensive, but worth it for a girls night out. Very busy, so definitely glad we made a reservation.

   We had a great experience celebrating our daughter’s birthday with her friends. Food was great super friendly staff. We had Casey as our server and she was awesome!

   My friend and I went there for the ornament painting experience and had a great time! The food was okay, I’ll just have to order something different next time but everything is fun and festive. My only suggestion would be to play some Christmas music since it’s Christmas themed.

   Overall the food was good. However there is a 20 percent "service charge" automatically added to the bill. If a "service charge" is added up front , I would expect great service. The waitstaff were pleasant enough (one server, one trainee), but not great. Our appetizer dishes were not cleared away and we were not offered drink refills until they brought the bill. Additionally, my burger arrived without the sauce that is listed in the description, I had to flag down the staff to request it, as the staff did not return to table to check on us. It took quite a while for it to be brought to the table. There was a $1.00 upcharge for extra pickles and also an additional fee for the sauce I had to request. In view of the lackluster service ( less than half full restaurant, lots of time for staff to chat by the ordering station) , the service fee and the upcharge for what should have been on the burger, I don't feel the value is equal to the prices.

    This might be a good restaurant to take your middle school kids to. It is loud. Cute decor. Food is fair at best. Waitstaff is disorganized and don't know much about the menu. Menu lacks variety.
