   The quality of the food has clearly gone down. The 3 grain salad was swimming in dressing and the only thing that you could taste was mustard. An order of the chicken that had so much salt on it made it inediible. We live in the neighborhood and enjoyed going there for dinner but no more.

   結婚記念日のお祝いで伺いました。お料理も雰囲気も良く、スタッフの方々もフレンドリーで素敵な時間を過ごせました。デザートにキャンドルとAnniversary のメッセージを添えて下さり嬉しかったです。また伺いたい、おすすめしたいレストランです。

   Great food, great service, disappointing desert: prunes bread pudding w Armanac displayed ONE prune, NO Armanac. The pastry chef took no responsibility and stiffly defended her product. Message received: JoJo discourages a customer‘s opinion

    This was the second time we dined at JoJo. Our first experience was very good, but this second time we were a bit disappointed. We were a party of 3, one of us a vegetarian, and wanted to try the Restaurant Week menu, which had no option for a vegetarian entrée. (I had messaged JoJo beforehand on the app to ask about this, and didn’t see their reply on time.) After being seated, we asked the server, and he said it wasn’t possible to change anything from the RW menu, and that it was either the whole party ordering the menu, or we would have to each order à la carte. We ended up doing that, and the food was good (the trompetti were a little dry, though). However, we couldn’t help but feel quite disappointed at the lack of flexibility. I later saw that I had received an answer to my earlier message saying that they could in fact substitute for a vegetarian entrée, so evidently there was a miscommunication problem on their side. In any case, I’d hesitate to recommend JoJo to anyone with a dietary restriction or preference because this kind of thing can ruin your dining experience.
