   I was here with my husband for my birthday. The staff was very welcoming and we had an absolutely amazing experience. I have a new phrase for "Customer Experience", I would change it to "Delighting the Customer". Taylor and Amalia were absolutely fantastic hosts. They went above and beyond to make my birthday special. We loved starters Roasted Corn Guacamole (absolutely amazing) for starters, for main course- Crispy tofu bowl and top it off all we had Molten Chocolate cake. I would definitely recommend this place. It was absolutely worth a drive from Stoney Creek.

   We made a special request a for a high chair. But they only had 2 high chairs at the restaurant, both were occupied. So had to leave the restaurant.

   Food was yummy and the portions were good but the drinks seemed small. Our server Aliya was so lovely. She was charming, attentive and didn’t miss a thing. Our table of 6 all felt the same. Overall a great night.

   My experience, was horrible I was seated at 9:50 my table was really dealt with the worst in the entire restaurant. We ordered our food by 10:05 and we waited a whopping 45 mins for our appetizers to arrive at the same time as our main course. Also noticing that a table of 4 that was seated about 30 mins after my group of 3 was served the exact same time and even had food come before 1 main course was brought out to the table. Our server was condescending and short and only seen our table twice to bring water and take our order everything else was done by other staff. Then came around asking if everything was okay after we already asked for the manager. I haven’t been to Joeys in two years and I was reminded of why and the only reason we ended up there was because of the hour wait for Earls but we really could’ve went to Earls and gotten better service and lesser wait time all together.

   Very friendly staff and nice ambience Appetizers were nice and tasty , nice for social chat. If you don’t like noise then don’t go here. It’s very loud

    Busy on Tuesday night and you'd definitely want to call ahead to confirm they HOLD your reservations.
