   Food was great and pretty quick to arrive at the table. Our server, Celtin was very attentive and welcoming. She brought us our food promptly and checked in to make sure we were well taken care of. The food was very tasty and delicious and we ended up sharing our dishes with one another. The fish tacos and chicken club were delicious!! We were there to enjoy a meal before seeing the musical Moulin Rouge nearby at the mirvish theatre on Victoria street. Making reservations on line made it very easy to book at Joey’s. Would definitely recommend going to Joey’s eaton centre before taking in a show.

   Every thing was great until the bathroom. Only 4 bathrooms for the whole restaurant. Probs would be better with a couple more

   Dear Joey’s Team, I’ve always loved dining at Joey’s. Your food is consistently delicious, and I often recommend your restaurant to friends. However, during my recent visit, I noticed a few changes and experiences that I wanted to share. Firstly, I was disappointed to see that the guacamole appetizer has been removed from the menu and replaced with ricotta. While the ricotta is good, I truly miss the guacamole—it was one of my favorite starters, and many of my friends feel the same. I hope you consider bringing it back in the future! Additionally, the service experience this time didn’t quite meet your usual high standards. For instance, we were served our appetizer but didn’t receive side plates to eat with, which made it a bit inconvenient. Also, I had requested a booth during booking, but we were seated at a high table instead, even though there were several empty booths that remained unoccupied throughout our visit. I’m sharing this feedback because I truly enjoy dining at Joey’s and want to see it continue to be the excellent experience I’ve come to expect. Thank you for taking the time to listen, and I hope to see some improvements on my next visit.

   Went for lunch and the service was amazing- our server Spencer was very efficient, knowledgeable and very attentive. The food was excellent - would recommend this location.

   NEVER BOOK FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION. I booked this restaurant with a special note weeks ago that it’s to celebrate my daughter’s 18th bday. I called the day of to ensure that they could do something special for her bday and they acknowledged that they would. My daughter had one night to celebrate and have a special evening and we chose Joey’s , thinking that our existing corporate relationship gave us comfort that they would know how to make the night special. Forget about anything, they didn’t even acknowledge her birthday in any way. And to top it all off, all the manager Josie could do was say I’m sorry - this is NOT the way to handle such a disappointing situation. Needless to say, I don’t think they deserve our business. Anyone can make a mistake in any business, but one this big deserved a far better response from management. PLEASE RECONSIDER YOUR CHOICE FOR ANY SPECIAL OCCASION. JOEY’S DOES NOT HAVE THE CAPACITY, RESOURCES OR ATTENTION TO DESERVE YOUR RELATIONSHIP.
