    Excellent food. The service was outstanding. Unfortunately, the chicken club sandwich was undercooked. However, after telling the waiters , it was changed immediately at not charge. This showed how much Caring for customer means to the Joey’s team. The manager personally came to us ton apologize. Not only We will comeback again., but also will highly recommend to our friends. Thanks

    Everything was good. Right in downtown but still the noise levels were low. They offered complimentary drinks on arrival which was a nice gesture on valentines day. All in all a good place to eat and enjoy.

    Complimentary bubbly was appreciated! Staff was very friendly, efficient, and professional! My date and I especially appreciated the food presentation and freshness. The bartender drew a pretty flower in my latte - nice touch! Staff was very attentive, warm, and inviting. We would definitely recommend Joey’s to anyone who appreciates fast efficient service and good vibes!

    Not organized, very crowded. Services was just ok. Asked for share plate, had to ask again … over all place felt hectic and non relaxing at the same time the energy was not uplifting… they were trying and were pleasant… can’t put my finger on it, but won’t be going back!

    We had a great dinner there with an amazing steak, a delicious salad, and really good sangria. The restaurant has a vibrant vibe, and the staff was helpful and really kind :)

    Yesterday evening was our first time visiting JOEY Burrard, we went to celebrate our anniversary and from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming attitude. The barista who served us was absolutely incredible, providing exceptional service that truly impressed us. The quality of attention to detail was outstanding, and we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful gestures from the restaurant, such as complimentary shots and a delicious dessert to cap off the night. It was a perfect experience, and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you for making our celebration so memorable!
