Kat was a terrific server. I was meeting an old friend I had’t seen in 30 years. Kat was attentive, gave us time to catch up before we ordered and after we finished, but never stopped checking on us!

this was for a group of 8 that does business together and there was more than enough room and time options. Initial intro when walking in was wecloming, warm, and authentic. the facilities are clean with a nice traditional vibe. food and drink options were more than sufficient, quality of the food was great, service was great. The only reason food did not get a 5 star is because one person did get lobster claw shell that stabbed his mouth from a lobster roll. he finished it as he loved it but was caught a bit off-guard. it is the risk one takes but we will be back.

3rd time here at Joes … French onion soup was wonderful , clam chowder very heavy and rich ( actually too thick for our taste ) Burger was good , fish and chips were good too. Our server was wonderful and overall it was a good experience!

Joe’s is a go to spot for my wife and I. Since we moved to Boston almost 2 years ago we probably have been half a dozen times at least. The food is straightforward but delicious, fun and lively atmosphere and a great location.

Please, avoid this place like the plague. First of all, there is a lack of attention to detail. This place is about volume, simple as that. I have no idea who is managing this place, but every item that came out of the kitchen was inedible. From the lemonade (I know, how incompetent do you need to be), to a salad, each and every thing was inedible. I will give praise to the staff. Sophie did a wonderful job of connecting and checking in. Atmosphere was kitschy, loud and all about volume. Because it was NYE, they charged a premium for something you could get out of a dumpster. Like I said, this place would be avoided (or shut down…). It was absolutely disgusting!
