   We celebrated our 15 year anniversary, food was great, service outstanding, host was super kind and friendly. We ordered the Lobster pot pie (good amount of lobster in it) it was delicious, presentation was awesome, we also ordered the buttered sea bass, it was cooked perfectly, we had corn pudding as a side dish that paired nicely with the sea bass.

   Really superb! A very special place that brought back memories of meals at the Detroit & Bloomfield Hills restaurants in MI. I brought my friend for her birthday and the elegance, service & food just blew her away. Love the lobster bisque & the scallops, crab-stuffed flounder, tomato side and magnificent coconut cake. Just fabulous! Thank you for making my friend's birthday very special.

   The food this visit was 50/50 and the service nearly non-existent. The rice under the poke bowl was cold, while the portion of fish on top of the rice was served hot. On a previous visit I ordered the Zuppa di Pesce and LOVED it. This time it was a totally different preparation and less flavorful or appetizing. The waiter suggested the stone crab claw appetizer, but failed to mention the MKT price (of course, we should have inquired!). Granted good crab in season IS expensive, but this felt a little over the top. Our waiter started out great. Very friendly and personable. Unfortunately, he must have taken a break shortly after our appetizers were served as he totally disappeared. The manager stopped by our table before the main course was delivered and apologized for the long wait and then returned again after the meal and said the dessert was on the house as an atonement for the slow service. There were 4 of us but we only ordered 2 desserts to share and both were exceptionally good. I'll give it another try, but there are too many great restaurants in Nashville to settle for less than good food and attentive service.

   First time here, definitely will not be our last visit when in Nashville, sat in the lounge bar area great live piano music, vibrant scene, Toni was very informative about the menu, 14oz. prime strip was spot on, wife had the chilled whole lobster and cauliflowerAu gratin was great , to fill to try deserts but they looked amazing!    Third time at this Joe Muer (we dined at their Detroit location previously); this time, we brought friends who were first timers. We were celebrating 2 birthdays and a new job between the 4 of us, so we asked for (and received) a very nice table and were provided with exemplary service by Sid. Joe Muer’s seafood offerings are the best in town; highly recommend the halibut, scallops, and lobster bisque. The wine list is extensive, and the desserts (particularly the coconut cake)! Topping it all off was excellent piano entertainment.

   We always enjoy our time at Joe Muers. The food is always cooked perfectly 👌, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the atmosphere is dark but inviting. If you don't like seafood, you will after eating here!

   Took my girl here for her birthday.She absolutely loved it.Winston was our server,he was great.Very kind & knowledgeable.We tried a few different things on the menu.Which our server recommended.All were great both food & drinks.We definitely had a great first experience.We’ll be back.

    Good overall. Food was awesome! A slight lack of professionalism relative to the wine service. Was not offered the bottle to review or to taste before the server poured. Just a “pet peeve” of mine maybe. Overall good experience.
