   Last night, my fiancé and I had the distinct pleasure of dining at JING, and we were thoroughly impressed by every aspect of the experience, from the impeccable service to the inviting atmosphere and the exceptional food. The restaurant's ambiance is thoughtfully curated, with a harmonious blend of vibrant colors, well-chosen music, and a layout that promotes both comfort and style. It all came together seamlessly, creating an environment that was as delightful as it was engaging. For my entrée, I chose the shrimp honey garlic noodles, which were nothing short of outstanding. The dish featured three or four large tiger prawns that were cooked to perfection, delivering a beautiful balance of flavor and texture. On the side, we sampled the garlic edamame, which, while flavorful, could benefit from a lighter hand with salt. It seemed to have an extra layer of soy sauce, which, in my opinion, detracted from the natural garlic flavor. A more traditional garlic paste, perhaps with fresh, minced garlic and a few chilies, would have enhanced the dish. The purée sauce, while creative, was a bit gritty and could have used more finesse. As for the drinks, we ordered a couple of shots with our meals. While they were pleasant, they leaned more toward sweetness than alcohol-forward, giving the impression of sugary juice rather than a well-balanced cocktail.

   Ordered tomahawk steak medium well got it was medium rare steak was fatty and a lot of grisal ordered a lobster never got it appetizers were good. The ambience was good for our anniversary. The steak was for my wife so the only thing that we were disappointed.on specially for the price of the state should’ve been perfect from a one to 10 scale. The steak was a two.

   Always good! Jing is our always reliable GO-TO! Very dependable… always up to snuff….Not too far from home! There is one thing that keeps bothering me… and sometimes deters me from booking a table. The beautiful girls you have dressed as HOOKERS…. That bothers me big time! I My husband and I get the distinct impression that the girls are hired to bring in more revenue because they look like hookers I’m sure its done to attract a certain clientele… and your business is thriving… It’s just ME!    The new DJ was not good at all. Our family has always enjoyed the previous DJ"s, s which add to the energy and experience of Jing. The same loud beat was not enjoyable and annoying. The only time it changed was when a birthday was acknowledged. Madison our waitress, along with the other servers, hostess, and bus boy were absolutely wonderful.

   Your restaurant is awesome, the food was excellent, our server was absolutely incredible! I’m not going to try and spell his name as I would only butcher it but he was fabulous. Our fault that we went too late as the music was a little more louder than what we enjoy given the atmosphere. We will know, next time, to go when you first open as I we are definitely older and live being able to have a decent conversation with shouting over the loud music. Otherwise, our experience was wonderful.

   Spectacular. Lively hotspot with club-ready clientele dressed to impress. Sushi rolls, nigiri, tempura shrimp, fried rice, fancy drinks all wonderful but the Peking duck was absolutely the standout. Service was perfect, shoutout to Jordan who was excellent.

   When you walk in the front door you are greeted so kindly. The employees in the bar remember you!! That is amazing! They know your drink preferences!!! The Food!!! It’s always exceptional so delicious and fresh. We Love the Peking Duck and their fried rice is terrific. Jing is one of the greatest restaurants in Summerlin!! It’s not just the food and people it’s beautifully decorated as well!!!

   Just for reference, this was a reservation for 2 on a Sunday night. I take my girlfriend out to amazing restaurants for all of our special occasions. This was a disappointment. The food was amazing. The sashimi was as soft as butter. I was looking for "Romantic" which this locations was listed as, but this place was more Night Club Vibe. Food service was terrible. We had our drinks from the bar for at least 10 min before we received our water. At one point, between the appetizers and main course, all four glasses were empty, to the point we were tired of waiting for the waitress and flagged down a bus boy. The manager, or owner, was walking around greeting the people he knew but that was no help to the normal patron. when we were finally able to order the 2nd round, diner was coming out. We did not receive our drinks for about 10 min after the food arrived. This was brought to the attention to the waitress about the wait times and only an excuse was given. At no point did any manager come to discuss the issue. For the price and the booking of a high-end restaurant, this was a terrible experience and a fail. If we were going to hang out at the bar, maybe...But, I don't think we will ever return. Too many other places do it right to have a date night experience like this.

    Let me first say I rarely give bad reviews, but this experience is deserving of one. Food tasted good; server was nice; but other than that, service was poor. We had 6 guests on a Sunday night. Ten min passed before even being acknowledged for what type of water we wanted (unacceptable). Dinner: My $50 half cold steak came out 15-20 min before all of the other entrees (including my side), so I ate my steak by myself. About 10 min after I got my solo steak (which would have been about 45 min after we ordered, the server told one of our guests that they were out of shrimp (she had ordered a dish with shrimp). You’re just telling us now? My husband’s appetizer salad came out with his food, and my side came out with everyone else’s food. And, there was no acknowledgement at all about the disjointed flow of food - very odd. We’ve been here a handful of times but each time we are less impressed. We don’t mind paying the prices, but certainly expect a better experience. I gave it 2 stars on service only because she was nice and she was trying, but the whole disjointed food delivery was a huge turnoff for everyone. We won’t hurry back.
