it was great, service was so bad and we weren’t informed that the brunch was ending so we didn’t get dessert. However, another server heard us talking about it and brought us a plate of dessert so that was very nice.

Me and my family had a great experience . Even tho the reserve was made for 10:45 they manage to give us a table before that . The staff seems to really care . We’re humbly thank you and the food was made with extraordinary taste art .

The food was very good and the server professional but half of our food did not come out, including one of my dining guest’s entree. We were all done eating before I was able to flag down the server. Very disappointing.

Very dissapointed, even with reservation we had to wait over an hour and the gentleman at reception were rude. We saw other people walking in before us as well!

The “rose” selection was very minimal, Sunday mojito bar is better in my opinion. The buffet is large and has a big verity but most of the food wasn’t fresh and was warm/cold. It definitely wasn’t worth the price.

I enjoyed Jaya at the Setai. Food was great and the addition of alcohol makes the price very worth it. The only thing that I didn’t care for was our seat, we were near the door and the draft was a bit bothersome. It also made our food cold.

Food was great: very tasty and plenty.. with the one exception that the rice was dry and undercooked.. Service was outstanding. Show was top- notch. The only problem was the very loud music. This has changed lately in this venue - was our complaint last time as well - very difficult to converse.

Jaya has been pretty consistent the last 4 years - great food, exciting entertainment and solid wait staff - unfortunately some of the servers / bus staff don't have great training anymore and stand around watching the show, drop food on your table with no interaction or explanation, and are out-of-sync when clearing (either taking plates while you are still eating, or letting the wait staff clear)... in addition, when you get a check dropped on you while you are taking your first bite of dessert, it feels more like a diner experience than a $200per person one. I hope they resolve the service issues, as Jaya is a great experience that I have visited many times over the last 4 years.

We enjoyed Jaya for a 2nd time. My son loved the show and the shrimp dumplings. My husband liked the indian tali- this time it was warm. The bone in steak was great! Drinks were great. Service was excellent. The hostess was so kind to my son. Will come back again next year while at Art Basel
