   Great local place. Friendly ,excellent service, very tasty food and a k Large varied menu. We enjoyed our lunch with our teenage grandkids. They raved about thd chai latte and desserts after polishing the main dishes!

   It’s a great place for adults. The decor is beautiful and the ambiance is relaxing. You can have a conversation without competing with loud music.

   Seriously, do yourself a favor and check out Java! I've been there a bunch of times at different hours, and it never fails to impress. Their brunch is a must-try, with a fantastic variety of options, especially when paired with a specialty coffee. Lately, I’ve been obsessed with the pour-over from Costa Rica. As someone who’s a bit picky about coffee, I often struggle to find places that serve extraordinary brews, but I finally found one here! I love their grab-and-go concept for those days when I'm short on time but craving good coffee it's super convenient and totally hits the spot when I'm in a rush. When the evening rolls around, the vibe shifts to something even more elegant, complete with a totally different menu. The dishes are seriously well-crafted and come with an awesome variety. I don’t drink a lot, but when I do, I like it to be something special. The espresso martini and the margarita flight are definitely my top picks! And let me tell you about the service it’s top-notch! Last time I went there with some close friends, as soon as we walked in, we were seated at the table we reserved, and our server, Tim, was always a step ahead of us. I really appreciate that! He was super friendly and efficient, making it easy to order because he really knows how to read your tastes and recommend something great.

   As the owner of Java Nation, I might be a bit biased, but I genuinely believe our dinner experience offers something special. Last night, I had the chance to sit down and enjoy the meal just like any other guest, and I was reminded of why I love what we do here. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food? I couldn’t have been prouder. Our team worked hard to perfect dishes like the branzino, linguine and house-made desserts, and it really showed. The service was friendly and attentive, which is always our goal. Of course, there’s always room to grow, and we’re constantly listening to feedback. But I left dinner feeling really good about the care we put into every part of the experience. If you’re in the area, I’d love for you to stop by and see for yourself what makes Java Nation feel like home.

   The food was generally good, but didn't quite meet expectations. One of my friends ordered the chicken shawarma, but had to eat it with a fork and knife because it was way too unwieldy. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, which was good, but the advertised English muffin was not an English muffin. It seemed homemade, but it was not the right texture. Most of the drinks were good, but my $4 cup of tea was one bland tea bag in maybe 6 oz of water. The atmosphere was nice and the servers were attentive. Generally, not terrible at all, but I'd rather go to Kaldi's any day.

   I need to give superlatives to all staff we came in contact with. From the manager who stopped by to see if all was good, to the hostess and servers. Our specific needs were addressed and met in a caring and professional way.

   The heuvos rancheros are excellent, as was the iced mocha I had with it. We enjoy Java Nation and eat there regularly for coffee, lunch or brunch. Need to come sometime for dinner and music on the weekends. Glad to have them in Silver Spring!

   We had a great ladies brunch at Java Nation Silver Spring. The new location is beautiful, spacious, light and airy. The food was great and we ordered a number of things: mimosas, strawberry crepe, eggs benedict over hash, gazpacho, turkey & bacon club; spinach dip (really really good.). We ended the meal with cortados and I had my first affogato. They have some fun things on the menu for festive gatherings--flights of mini-margaritas in different flavors in little mason jars; a dessert flight they call a "Fiesta Platter" which is a large assortment of their desserts. We will be back!

    Wonderful place and people. We came here for brunch and our server Patricio was wonderful! The place is beautiful and the food was great. We got complimentary drinks for my partner’s bday celebration. Everything was amazing.
