   The bartender wasn't very friendly, put a damper on our evening. Luckily our sever at the table was excellent and made up for the initial experience being uncomfortable.

   Service was excellent. Food was okay, bisque was over salty, stuffed sole was over cooked. Tenderloin was thin but okay. Special Valentines dinner totaled $100 per person without wine.

   Jake’s never fails to impress. The service was spot on, the food delicious and atmosphere just lively enough. I must say when you have to wait there really isn’t anywhere to do that so it gets crowded around the entrance.

   First time visiting Jake’s Famous Crawfish and on Valentines Day no less. It was a very warm and welcoming experience. The food was perfect, as was the ambiance and the wait staff. Initially, due to our understanding of the restaurants long history, we weren’t sure what to expect. Perhaps things were going to feel outdated to us. This, however, was not the case. If anything, the rich history adds to the wonderful mystique and overall experience. Excellent all around and we couldn’t be happier about our visit! Excited to return soon!

   For just a simple lunch or a sumptuous dining experience, there is simply nothing that compares with Jake's. We always opt for fish when dining here - last night's meal started with two appetizers, oysters on the half shell and a Dungeness crab leg cocktail. Our entrees were trout and horseradish encrusted steelhead. None of it disappointed!

   My work colleagues and I always end our time together at JFC! It never disappoints. I need to recognize our server, Amber. She was absolutely outstanding.

    Absolutely the perfect place for a group dinner. Five star food, ambiance and service. Fantastic table for a group of 10 so that everyone was able o talk with each other.
