    Thank you for the lovely bar table next to the fish tank. The service is so attentive here. The food is delicious and well presented. we had a great date night at Jade Palace!

    We made the reservations in advance and noted it was our Anniversary. Our time was 7:45pm and although it was a holiday, felt like this time was a good time to avoid the busiest time. We were sat at a table in the bar, which played loud music and the people at the bar in the small area were loud. Our server was great and the food delicious, but the attention to detail was unacceptable.

    This was our first experience at this restaurant. It was extremely busy, which was great. Server was attentive and the food was good. We will be back,

    They were well equipped to handle the Valentines Day crowd. Food was as good as usual. The service was excellent given they were seating multiple tables of 10 while we were there. They staffed appropriately. Good experience.

    We have been customers of Jade Palace since they were on Scottsdale rd. We are sorry to say the quality has been going down , and we won’t be going back. First the egg drop soup had a burnt flavor. The New York egg rolls were cabbage rolls with scarcely any thing else. , the shrimp in lobster sauce tasted like shrimp in egg drop soup no lobster flavor. The cashew chicken was ok. Fried rice and beef was luckwarm and not seasoned very bland. Sorry we used to love the food.

    Good service and food. Got seated in the bar area. Noise level was fine for a cocktail but not for dining. Next time I’ll request seating in the dining room.
