    This was our first experience with Jade Palace. The service was outstanding. The food was very good as well. We had one issue with one of our guest’s food not being hot when served. The staff quickly took the plate back to address the issue. It came back warmer (not hot). We will be back as our overall experience was very good.

    Always a great experience dining at Jade Palace - the food -excellent - the service - the best - i had 6 new friends this evening join me -their first visit there - and they all said - they would be back !!!

    Really good New York style Chinese food. Egg roll is outstanding as is the Soups!. We will go back as regularly.

    Jade Palace never disappoints! Even though the restaurant was very busy Friday night the service and food were outstanding! Very good value! Friendly staff! A neighborhood GEM!

    Air conditioning was turned way up. It was early evening and honestly there was no need for any air conditioning to be on. Orange chicken tasted like it was barbecue. Chicken was a bit of a disappointment. Sweet sour chicken was delicious

    I spent decades in Northern CA which has outstanding Chinese food. It's been a challenge to find that level of quality in Arizona, but Jade Palace may be the place to find it. Our party of 4's main courses were: Mongolian Beef, Mu Shu Pork, General Tso's Chicken, and Sweet and Sour Chicken. All of them were excellent. The best Chinese found I've had in 15+ years in Arizona. Definitely coming back soon!

    Table of 8 - two parties did not receive their appetizers- when called to attention of staff, and the waitress nothing happened. Appetizers never came. The same Two parties did not receive their entrees. Waitress did not check in to see if everything ok until others were almost done with food. There were no apologies issued until check came. No manager came to table. Food came after everyone else finished. Party asked for a credit- a discount was given. The checks were not accurate- drinks messed up. It was not busy.
