    I was very excited to try Jade Palace last night. Surprisingly, I was able to get a last minute reservation. When we arrived, we were placed at a table in the bar area, which was loud and really lacked the ambiance and setting we were hoping for. I ordered hot tea, and unfortunately the hot tea maker was broken. We ordered our entree and our food arrived relatively quickly, which was fantastic. I found the kung pao chicken to really lack flavor and the chicken had a very fatty taste. Needless to say, we were both underwhelmed.
