My First Visit at this Location. Food was good, Staff was amazing. Only complaint, if you're someone who's usually "cold" , ask not to be seated by the Garage Doors... My feet were freezing !

Had a 5:00 reservation on a Friday. Two of us. Service was prompt and friendly. We had the calamari appetizer. One of the best ones I've had. I ordered the fish tacos which were excellent and quite large. There were three. Again better than most that I've had. Sweet potato fries were very good. My friend had a burger with regular fries and it was also very good and quite filling. Overall very good food and service and good atmosphere.

Ours was an introductory business meeting. We were shown to a booth which allowed us to have a private conversation. There was plenty of choice on the menu, including past favourites. The service was excellent - attentive but not intrusive. The food was just right. We will definitely be back.

We were a party of seven celebrating a job promotion. I had been to Jackson's Landing once before for dinner and enjoyed it. This time we were there for Sunday brunch. Entered right at opening at 10:30. Food orders were taken around 10:50. Coffee orders were taken a few minutes after we sat down. From time we entered the restaurant to receiving our food it was about 55 minutes. The restaurant was not busy. Two of our orders came almost cold. Servers replaced the orders fairly quickly, but one of them did not come as ordered i.e. asked for benedict eggs firm, not runny. Servers were very understanding and did not charge for those two orders. Much appreciated and they did the right thing. One person ended up just taking takeout food. My eggs benedict order was supposed to have fruit with it or so I thought, but it wasn't included. They did have a small plate of fruit for my granddaughter who is a toddler so maybe that's where it went. Not a big deal to me. I had enough food. The other food orders were fine. The waffle with chicken was especially good. Prices here are very reasonable. So bottom line I believe the servers did what they could to make things right but maybe there were issues in the kitchen? Our server was very apologetic. Despite the problems this time around I would probably still go back, maybe for dinner. I think we may have just caught them on a bad day. Sometimes things just happen.
