   Great staff! Very kind and accomodating. Also refreshing to find a place that serves good quality drinks but does not horrendously elevate prices like many other bars do. Great value for money, will definitely come back!

   Service is awful and slow. When we arrived we were left standing there unnoticed by staff until I just went to find our reserved table myself. Went up to ask for a menu to find that it was a QR code instead of the quirky menus advertised. Only had 2 of the pizzas from the menu available even though it was quiet. Left after one drink. Bar is lovely but was left disappointed. Would not recommend.

   I booked a table for 4 ladies at 2pm. When we got there is was closed. No information at the door about opening hours. Nothing on their website either. Opentable had allowed me to book for 2pm. We moved onto another venue. I emailed Jackie’s who did email me back, they apologised and said they don’t open at 2pm but 3pm instead. They said they’d be back in touch, they haven’t. I would like to suggest they update their opening times or make it easier to contact them or have the trading hours at the door. The ladies and I were disappointed as it was my birthday celebration. I can’t rate the pub as we never got in.

   We went for the drag brunch on the Saturday and had such a fun time! The atmosphere was great, the drag queen was a fabulous host, and the drinks were always flowing! The food was only ok - it was a pizza but I wouldn't say there's much of a variety as far as the food is concerned. But everything else more than made up for it and I'd most definitely still recommend going.

   Website cocktail menu not the same as qr code inhouse. No quirky menus. Floor dirty. Service terrible. Toilets blocked and dirty at 6pm! 10 euro tip added onto the bill. Pizzas not great and kitchen looked dirty. One server was pleasant enough. Paid 60 in advance also to secure table, place was empty.

   We booked the Britney and spice girls brunch. The event started late. Then the mc said they didn't know what the theme was. We were waiting 45 minutes for a drink when the event had started. We went up to order prosecco and the girl said they had none left. The girl was working alone it wasn't her fault. Badly run event. We left and didn't stay for the brunch

    Had a great night at Jackie’s bar, had turned up in the middle of boozie brunch and had such a laugh, ended up going to Camden Street but preferred Jackie’s as elsewhere was too mobbed and Jackie’s tunes are banging lol, drinks were fab and all staff were lovely, big thanks to Dan for helping give recommendations for food! Will defo be back!🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
