Liquor production in Peoria began in 1837 – even before the area was incorporated as a city! In the early 1900s, nearly 1/5 of the nation’s liquor was produced in Peoria. By 1917, local distilleries were turning out more than 62 million gallons of alcohol.

Over 100 years later, Industry Brewing seeks to bring Peoria back to its roots – liquor. We strive to create something Peoria and its residents can be proud of by taking something simple – a beer… and putting our own spin on it. We bring the “Whiskey City” a product like no other in a unique and vibrant setting that completes your dining experience.

Went axe throwing there before eating and it was SO MUCH FUN!! The food as always was delicious and our service was great, didn’t have to ask for another drink or anything. We were there on a Sunday night and there was only one other party there so it was pretty quiet. We love this place!

Good food. Friendly service. Good beer. Great outdoor space. But don’t go here if you are on a schedule. Our experience in the handful of times that we have been here is that the food service is slow.

We started outside but could not hear each other talk as they were playing music and getting ready for a band. Once we moved inside the noise level was better.

The food was good unfortunately their mixed drinks were not as good. Several of us had margaritas that tasted more like screwdrivers. I would say their beers are much better.
