   All you can eat tapas and sushi menu has very few options, the tables are all scuffed and grungy and are barely responsive. Food is okay but very overpriced.

   We went to Inamo for valentines day. They mentioned the valentines set menu was the only thing available on this day, which was around £69pp. The options were limited with additional charges needed for some items. The food was average, where our dessert was missing half of the bottom layer of a cheesecake. I had already paid a deposit online, but if I didn't notice then I'd be paying additional charges, which should have already been calculated beforehand. The waiter was doing his best and always checking on status for food, so if he wasn't as helpful as he was then we would have had a terrible experience. I definitely wouldn't be coming here again as the way things are currently

   Food was great, but service really impacted the meal. The service of the food was all over the place (fries being served with desert). The tables were cool, but think this is just overhyped and expensive for what it is.

   I had high expectations for Inamo Soho, but unfortunately, my experience on February 13th was disappointing. I had booked a table for 10:00 PM well in advance, only to receive a call two hours before my reservation asking if I could arrive at 9:00 PM because the kitchen would be closed at 10PM. This was not possible as I was traveling from Birmingham specifically for this dinner with my partner. Upon arrival, the waitress briefly explained how to order from the à la carte menu. However, after browsing the menu further, we noticed other dining options that we hadn’t been informed about. When we inquired, the waitress dismissively told us it was too late to choose those options. When my partner needed assistance, she pressed the service button, only to see the waitress cancel the request without checking on us or even acknowledging it. The sushi arrived quickly but was of poor quality—the rice was fridge-cold, which as a sushi chef myself, I know indicates it was pre-made and stored improperly. The wasabi was weak, and the ginger was dry. Hoping to salvage the experience, we decided to use the interactive table games. However, no one checked on us, and empty plates cluttered the table, making it difficult to use the screen. By this point, we were the only diners left, and staff were noticeably absent for long periods. At 10:30 PM, the waitress abruptly brought us the bill, stating that they were closing soon. To add to the disappointment, we were charged a table fee, which was never mentioned on the website or menu. Overall, the service felt rushed and inattentive, the food was subpar, and the unexpected charges left a bad taste. For the high-end prices Inamo charges, I expected much better. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

   Amazing experience, food was perfect 🤩 fresh and best sushi I had ! In awhile! Definitely coming again . Staff were so lovely. Very helpful.

    I’m so unhappy with my visit to Inamo. I booked as a treat with my son, left wound up and both hungry. Table was sticky when “playing”. Once ordered - my son’s noodles from the kids menu took ages to come. They then brought JUST plain noodles. I asked where the actual dish I ordered was and they said they’d get it but would I like some sauce in the meantime. (Thinking they meant an authentic sauce). They bought ketchup. So zero nutritional value and quite disgusting even an idea. Eventually the actual dish came but as he was so hungry before the other noodles arrived. He tried the new ones but they were too spicy - not right for a kids meal! The drink I ordered him never arrived neither did the ice cream or bill after waiting over 15 mins. I asked them to forget the rest as we were then in a rush. Inamo then had the cheek to refuse to taking off the kids meal and charged me for the prawn crackers we didn’t really want and £6 for some dried plain noddles. I of course paid for my food but I’m still annoyed about the whole thing a day later.
