   Enjoyed the brunch. Service was great, and the food was cooked to perfection. I would visit again in the near future.

   After coming to Il Falo several times, we where looking forward to an Advertised Pint and Pie Evening which we had a Table reserved. It was advertised over the Hotel and Restaurant Website and over Brier Creek Commons. When we arrived at 5:15pm (time advertised was from 4pm-10pm) the Hostess to bring us to the Table had no clue about the Eventas as i asked if there was a Special Card for the Night. Ohr Waitress came after a few minutes, she did not mention anything about the Pie and Pint Night, after i asked if there would be any Pizza Specials or different Beers, about the Pie and Pint Night, she was very cold and said she had to ask what was happening tonight. When she came back, she said it would be One Pint of Beer for 2 People, i was amazed and asked for the Manager, who after several minutes came. He did not know exactly what was going on, and after asking aomeone in the Kitchen (we did not know who), he said it was a miscommunication over the Website. Finally after almost 20 Minutes we where able to make our Drink and Food Order. We orderd 2 Draft Beers in a Pint. As it was Pie and Pint Community Night. My Wife’s Beer came back 3/4 full of a Pint, after i asked why the Pint is only 3/4 full, we where told that the Beer is no longer on Draft and only in a Bottle. (Why was it not changed on the Menu). I ordered a Kolsch Draft, where a different Beer was brought back and said that they do not have Kolsch anymore. Since some Employess have left, it is not an experience worth the Price and the expectation of a Restaurant in a Westin Hotel. I have to note one thing, the Food was Great as always, big thanks to the Kitchen Crew. (Without them it would have been a disaster). Trying to use the Bathroom next to the Bar/Restaurant) i was amazed that the Mens Bathroom was closed with plenty of Towels on the Floor in front of the Bathroom.

   They could of had an off night, but the kitchen was backed up. Waited an hour for our food.

   Experience was completely horrible from the very beginning. They set my table of two for the reservation and then none of the two servers who were working that evening came to the table until about a 10 minute mark once I had let the hostess know that no one was taking our drink order or greeting us. Then once they proceeded it with the drink orders and got our dinner items entered into the system the food came out and was horrible. Didn’t taste good didn’t taste fresh. The dough tasted old. The pizza was extremely salty. It was just a really bad experience. We typically don’t like to say anything just kinda go with the flow but this particular time it was so bad we didn’t mention it to our server and she proceeded to let someone know who didn’t act as if they were a train manager, but more of a shift leader so you can imagine how that went. We could physically see the managers having dinner together or maybe a meeting.

   I was invited back for a second visit, and it was a much better experience than the first time. My guest and I truly enjoyed our server, and the head chef even came out to speak with us and go over the menu and particular recipes for the menu items. Both were personable, knowledgeable, and engaged in great conversation. The food was well-cooked and tasted good. This time we got the Bianco pizza and meatballs. This was a better lunch food option than what I had/experienced at dinner. I liked going at lunch. I would go back during lunch.

   Was small but intimate. The service was absolutely exceptional. The menu selection is limited but the salmon was absolutely fabulous.

   I went when it first opened everything was great but after returning with my fiance, it took more than usual for the food to come out. The food runner had apologized initially but it perpetually happened after ordering leaving the food cold on arrival.
