   Christmas Eve dinner was perfect. All of the staff were extremely nice. Bread pudding is off the chain!

   What a wonderful find while celebrating Christmas lunch with family. The facility was clean and fresh, food was excellent (compared to Tyler options), and service was superb! Great job Tyler!! We will be back, often.

   I feel the price was way too much for the quality of food we received. Food was not warm. The sea bass was very fishy and the risotto was mushy. The quality of service was not good for this caliber of restaurant. Walking into the restaurant which is very pretty, I would definitely expected more. I definitely would hesitate to return . $300 was extreme for what we received

   Beautiful decor and excellent service and food. Other than initial seating snafu ( which was quickly resolved) it was a great night. Will definitely be returning in the future.

   My wife and I went there on a much needed date night during the. Christmas season. We were seated once we got there even though they were very busy. They kept true to our reservation. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The food was excellent and the ambiance was very nice. We never felt rushed at all. We highly recommend III Palms and we will be back regularly.

   Splendid place for our small group Christmas luncheon. Restaurant was prepared in advance when our group arrived. Wait staff were friendly, courteous, attentive, and answered (or found out the answer) to all questions including those about food allergies. Everyone's food came out promptly and was well prepared. Rave reviews form all group members. I had warned the group that it might be a little pricy but several said that it was not any more pricy that other fine restaurants and was a good value for the money spent. Good Job!

    Had reservations for an anniversary dinner at 8:30, arrived at 8:30, didn’t get sat until 9. Hostesses kept telling us it would be 5 more minutes, 6 different times. Ambiance is nice, service was good. The bananas foster was made table side by the waitress which is fine, but it wasn’t made correctly. If they want to continue making it table side, it should be made by kitchen staff to ensure quality and consistency. Overall experience was a 3/5. My previous experience was 4/5. We will be back at some point.
