    We are frequent steak house dinners in the DFW area, and our experience at III forks last night has reset the bar for our expectations. The meal was absolutely phenomenal! My strip was tender and perfectly seasoned and cook to perfection, the same goes for the ribeye my wife ordered. All of the sides were yummy as well, the corn and mashed potatoes are the perfect classic pairing for our protiens. Our server Brandt was awesome, he was prompt, informative and gave great suggestions on our meals, and supurbly accommodated any requests we have. He is an phenomenal example of the service i have come to expect from a fine dining establishment. To top off a wonderful meal since it was my wifes birthday, he brought out a compliment drink and dessert for the occasion. That dessert was WONDERFUL. Overall, this will definitely be our new "Go-too" for date nights and celebrations!

    We celebrated Veterans Day and had a high top table reserved in the bar area. Mike was our server and was so kind and we had top service from him! Everyone that was working, was AMAZING. I ordered the 8oz. Filet with cream corn, snap peas, mashed potatoes. The filet is the best around and I’m picky about steak. The bread and butter is so good! This a classy place (but can be casual too) with top notch staff to serve you on a special occasion or any occasion! The Barnes

    We appreciate the special meals provided by III Forks on Veterans' Day, again, ours was exceptional. We were met by Lana, the proprietor, as usual, and while we varied from our typical filet, we had the best sea bass ever. Flaky, tender and perfectly cooked (medium well). The service was also up to their exceptional level, even though we missed Des. III Forks is our go-to for special occasions and will continue to be. We have already made our reservation for Christmas Eve!
