Ichimishin, in Shinjuku, crafts delectable and authentic French cuisine with passion in its elegant and relaxing restaurant. The foie gras with brioche pan perdu and the sumptuous Omaru shrimp bisque with floating snowflakes are simply divine starter options. Some of Ichimishin's specialty entr_e dishes include the fresh Matsuba crab with herbed couscous, the Wagyu beef steak with truffle sauce, the grilled Kelva pork and the roti of Ibaraki duck breast with glutinous rice and miso mashed potatoes, all perfect with a red wine.

妻が利き手を骨折していての訪問でした。事前に相談したところ、刻み食でお願いしました。程よい大きさに切られていて、妻は何不自由することなく、食事を楽しめました。料理が美味しかったことは言うまでもなく、スタッフさんのご対応が最高に心地よかったです。コースも季節を感じさせてもらえる工夫が施されていて、季節ごとに訪れたいと思いました。

　家内の誕生祝いということでランチ利用。料理の味は勿論でしたが、目でも楽しめ、香りも格別でした。様々な食器での提供が私たちを楽しませてくれました。もう一つ特筆されるのが、ワインです。スパークリング。白。赤を料理にあわせて頂きましたが、素晴らしいマッチング。楽しい会話も交え、気配りを感じさせない中でも行き届いたサービスでした。いつまでも現在のレベルを維持して、続いていくことを期待しています。

お店の雰囲気、料理、接客対応等全てにおいて満足です。入籍日に先立ち、結婚指輪のお披露目会としてパートナーと2人で利用させて頂きました。お披露目会という目的なので、食事後のタイミングで予め購入しておいた指輪の箱を初めて開け、2人で見ようと考えておりました。来店一週間前に下見をしに行った所、総支配人の方から「デザートにメッセージを添えてみては」とご提案頂きました。そのアイディアのおかげで当日はサプライズ感もあり、料理も絶品な上に夜景も抜群で、パートナーにもとても喜んで貰えて心身共に嬉しく思いました。また何か特別な日に利用させて頂きたいと考えております。

Spectacular view, beautifully presented food that's delicious and fresh, attentive and personable service. We were introduced to Japanese wine made from Japanese grapes, surprising and delightdul. We had a great time.
