We made a 7pm Christmas dinner reservation at I Gerolomini weeks in advance based on consideration of location, menu and ambiance. We arrived on time but the restaurant was NOT OPEN! We waited 15 minutes in the cold in fancy dresses in case they were getting ready to open but no one was there. We then could not find a place to eat Christmas dinner and eventually got bad pizza and took it back to our room. Not sure if this was Open Tables screw up or the restaurant but So disappointing!
