    Frequent customer. Normally excellent service and good food. Visited past weekend and service was especially slow. The croutons on the Ceasars salad were burnt and salmon was overly seasoned. Never had this experience at Hyde Park before.

    First class all the way! Party of 8 celebrating a birthday! Seated at what felt like a private room with the best servers. Chef came out to show the certificate of authenticity (wagu?)! Everything was absolutely perfect!

    Amazing experience for my wife’s birthday! Staff was very welcoming and friendly. They gave her a birthday card signed my the whole staff. Food was unreal!! Can’t wait to come back.

    We always love HP’s food and staff. We always get what we expect and desire. Last night we tried some selections that we do not normally do and were very pleased.

    It was our first visit and we were celebrating my wife’s birthday. We had a great time. The host and waitresses were excellent and helpful. The food was delicious and so were the drinks! The atmosphere was buzzing but manageable. We could still have nice conversation and just enjoy our night out. We also loved that they even had a kids menu, since we had our lil one with us. Would definitely come back because the food was delicious, and the service was very nice.

    Our server was fantastic. Our steaks were good but not perfect for what they charge. Mine was medium in the middle only, 1/4 of each end was medium well with zero pink/red. We ordered 2 appetizers, received only 1. Son said his bacon burger was very good. We were seated in front of the kitchen window, so our table was kind of loud. The entire staff we encountered were all great!

    We celebrated our 36th Wedding Anniversary and our waiter, Jack, was very pleasant. We ordered the early special and it was very filling and satisfying. Always great food and service at this location.

    Fantastic place always great to come to no matter what time you get there most importantly, besides the food being great was the service. They are always hospitable no matter what the circumstance is highly recommend.
