Ordered 3 A5 Waygu steaks for a table of 4. Salad plate and soup bowls still on table when they tried to plop down over $500 of steaks and no room on table. 1 A5 steak ($160) was room temperature. That was sent back. Also ordered a glass of wine when the steak came out the wine did not appeaded untill after everyone had finished the remaining steaks. So very disappointed. Waited over a year to return and have another A5 steak to be totally let down.

Happy Hour is 4-6pm - Mon- Fri only issue was the waiter cannot get a drink from the bar for the happy hour rate- so you have to get your own drinks from the bar which is 10 ft from your table ?

Seven of us recently dined at Hyde Park for the birthday of one of our group. We had a fabulous evening. I called ahead to make sure I could bring a birthday cake from outside and Eric said this was not a problem. When we arrived a staff member took the cake and it was later brought to our table, candles lit, at the perfect time. The food was delicious. Some of us had hearty burgers, cooked perfectly to order. Birthday guy had a filet that he raved about and the beautiful wedge salads are a must have next time for those of us who did not order them. I was told by one person that the Chicken Milanese her husband ordered was so delicious that she used bread to get the last bit of sauce from his dish. Huge kudos to Matt who insured that our service was impeccable. The ambience of the restaurant is lively and fun. Hyde Park is definitely our favorite restaurant in the area.
