The food was vey good. The service was horrible. It was as if all the staff was learning how to do their work properly. They didn’t know what wines they had, they were super slow, even if there were many empty tables. The music was loud, we had to almost yell to hear each other. Not sure I would recommend this place or if I would go back. Other times we were there it was not like the experience we just had.

Let me start by saying that for me to complain to management, it must have been something. We arrived at 8 for our reservation and was told our table wasn't ready yet. We were sent to the bar for a complimentary drink, which was very gracious, to wait approximately 10 to fifteen minutes. Where I arrived, I noticed an empty two top right next to the entrance, which I was hoping we weren't going to get. Given the fact they didn't seat us there, I was relieved. A half hour passed, so I went to check what was going on, and was told our table was ready. The hostess proceeded to seat us at the two top by the entrance anyway. When I complained it was empty from the time we arrived, I 2as told it was the only table available. Not happy. We only ordered a main course and a few drinks. The drinks came quickly, but the food took anoother 27 minutes to arrive. When it finally did, my husband's entire meal was cold, and the chicken was very overcooked and dry. At this point, all we wanted was to leave. After taking our order, we never saw our waiter again until we requested the check. When the manager saw my husband barely touched his meal, I explained the entire comedy of the evening. He was very nice and offered us a free dessert, which we declined. He apologized and took the entree from hell off our bill. Maybe just an aberration because the restaurant was highly rated, but the worst experience in CDMX or anywhere recently . Bummer given the great restaurant choices in .CDMX

Excelente lugar para ir con pareja o amigos, muy buena ambientación, servicio, la pizza de aguacate wow!. No hay mucha variedad de tragos y el robalo al carbon que pedi estaba muy seco. sin embargo el atun a las brasas muy bueno.

The ambiance at Huset is lovely. The garden is beautiful. Three of our four entrees were cold, and we felt the service was lacking. No one checked to see if our dining was good, and they questioned four times that fact we elected not to tip.

Nos tocó un mal día. Nos tardaron en recibirnos y estaba vacío aún el lugar, no había ingredientes para el ato fuerte que queríamos porque aún no lo habían terminado de cocinar, entre la entrada y el plato fuerte tardaron casi una hora. La calidad no fue igual a las veces que había ido.

Servicio muy lento y pocos meseros en desayuno para el total de mesas. Una hora para que llegara un omelette y 20 mins para un café. Experiencia muy distinta a tantas otras ocasiones previas. Espero no es que va de bajada el lugar.
