Beautiful resort and very unique restaurant ambiance. The food and service simply do not match the quality you expect. It took 75 minutes to get our entrees (1 person ordered a salad and we ordered bread service after 1/2 an hour.) Wine was refilled 1 time after an hour had passed. Very inattentive staff (except the water server was excellent). Go to Duo, Mama’s, Merriman’s or any of the numerous options.

We were celebrating a special birthday and upgraded to the lagoon seating, which I highly recommend. It came with two glasses of bubbly and a lovely appetizers. Food was good. For the money, I expected excellent food. This restaurant is pricey, but I knew that going in. The food was good not great. Service was EXCELLENT. Our server was so chill and laid back, he was lovely and never made us feel rushed. The ambiance was giving White Lotus, but again, this is at the Grand Wailea, so you should know that going in. Annoying noise level due to a competing luau about 100 feet away, which interfered with the music at the restaurant. Dessert: omg the mud pie was TO DIE FOR. The view from our table was absolute chef’s kiss, so again, that lagoon seating upgrade is worth it. Overall, 4 stars.

Wonderful location and ambience. Food and drink selections were fantastic. Only note: everything is on the pricey side….but when you’re enjoying a meal in paradise, why not?!?

So called validated parking was not to be found. No staff. Had to park and walk a 1/4 mile in the dark. Greeted by hostess complaining about other guests. Our waitress was cold and could care less if we were there or not. Food was nothing special and they did not even provide a knife to eat with. The restaurant was over half empty and they proceeded to seat my wife and I beside around group instead of a more quiet intimate table. Will not be returning and cannot recommend. It was supposed to be our one big night out.

Horrible value for money. I had a Wagyu steak that would’ve came in last place to every steak on the menu at your local chain restaurant.

Good concepts, poor execution. We sat at the bar for dinner and overall it was not a great experience besides the stunning sunset view (which you can watch from many other restaurants). Obviously, prices are high because you’re in a resort at the beach so that’s expected. I would also expect the quality of the dishes to match and 3 of the 4 fell short. The components of the dishes were great but the balance of them was way off. I left feeling gross. As far as service, the bartenders just appeared unhappy to be there. Dishes came out quickly and the food runners were delightful. They were doing a photoshoot of their food and beverages in the bar area while we were there which was super distracting. Who decides to do that during the peak of Friday night service? Maybe that’s why the bartenders didn’t look thrilled. Overall, I would return for a sunset cocktail but I would leave it at that.

Love the atmosphere, people are nice except the hostess, not nice at all. Hello restaurant management! The first person your guest sees is the unfriendly hostess. Server was great, food was average. Biggest issue is price, it’s not aligned with the quality and overall experience. I don’t mind spending $200/person if the food quality is outstanding, and it’s not. Bar is cool, unique fish tank bar, again drinks were average and way over priced.

We were excited to try this for dinner but it’s so over priced for what you receive unfortunately. We should have done Nobu for a second night. Also it’s on the other side of the luau so we heard that music and the competing music in the restaurant. We had the ube brioche, daily catch which was just good. Desserts were probably the best thing we ate. Hula pie (smaller than normal hula pies) and banana pudding was tasty.
