   First time at Hudson & Co & it wasn’t great. Our server was great but even with 8:30 reservations we didn’t get seated till after 9:15 and we had to wait a little longer to get an additional table added to our group since our group was kind of tight. Food was ok my short ribs were cold (they did bring another one) and were a little bland! ceaser salad came without dressing, the seafood linguine came with 3 empty clams. Saturday might have been a busy day for them but my birthday group wasn’t happy with the overall experience.

   We had a bad experience regarding anything we ordered, especially with the waitress Ashley was not even present at all, we ended up asking other waiters to serve us , our waitress was so unprofessional and unethical seem not interested in serving people of color. To a point that people of color also who was seating opposite us complained as well Not a good experience at all

   Waited one hours for our food to arrive… asked 3 times for the manager and never stoped by until the food came out at which point we decided to leave. He did apologize and offered a gift card but, at that point, we just wanted to leave. Very disappointing experience during my husband’s birthday…

   I hosted a dinner at Hudson & Co for a group of executive women who were together from all over the US. I was able to plan ahead for a 3-course, prix-fixe dinner and accommodations for several dietary restrictions, and all my guests were very pleased with the delicious meal and the attentive service! It’s also right on the Hudson River—with a great view of the NYC skyline—and an easy walk from our hotel next to the Exchange Place PATH station. My only reason for giving 4 stars on atmosphere was because it got a bit noisy (but I know they also have private or semi-private spaces for larger groups). I look forward to returning the next time I’m in the area!

   Amazing view! I prefer restaurants with water view so the view was great. Food was beautifully put together and great quality for the price. Too bad I didn’t get the try the Tomahawk. I love how they’re very creative with food display. Our server Cory was very attentive and friendly. Will definitely come back.

   Our waiter was great. Attentive but not hovering. Everything was good. Mild difference in personal taste preference for one dish but was still a solid offering. Will definitely go again in the warmer weather.

   I have eaten here several times over the past year when staying in Jersey City for business. Each time the experience has been great. The views of the NYC skyline are extraordinary, the food and service exceptional. I heartily recommend Hudson & Co. for an all around excellent experience.

    Went for lunch midweek with work colleagues. Food was great but took a while to receive it once we ordered. Will go again and hope we receive quicker service. Otherwise, no complaints. Appears to be a nice spot to sit outside when weather is nice.
