   The atmosphere and the service were superb. We arrived a little before our reservation and got drinks at the bar while we waited. The mixed drinks were great. Once our table was ready we had the scallops as an appetizer and they were phenomenal. I had the rice cracker crusted scrapper and it was really really good. My wife had the Ginger Prawn Fettuccine and it was equally as tasty. We finished the evening with the warm chocolate cake. The lava cake was just ok. It was slightly overcooked and the lava did not flow. The overall evening was fantastic. I would absolutely return here again.

   Jay is THE MAN! We had a reservation at 8:30pm for Valentine’s Day and arrived about an hour early to see if they could get us in earlier. We were told no at first due to being fully booked so we got a drink at the bar to wait and hang out until our table was ready. Jay, who appeared to be either a barback or busser, took care of us immediately with his warm and funny charm and asked us if we’d like to sit and eat early. Of course we said yes, so he cleared off a table with lightning speed and in our opinion it was the best seat in the house. It overlooked the cliff and pool area right behind the bar and he was super attentive to us the entire time and ended up being our waiter the whole night. He was super funny, professional, and helpful during our entire meal experience and I would like to give him a huge shout out to making our dinner one to remember. Thank you Jay!

   We came for Valentine’s and really enjoyed our dinner! Every dish we ordered was so yummy (fried oysters, pan seared scallops, short rib gyoza, misoyaki sea bass, steak and lobster, lookout cheesecake, and lava cake). Tron gave excellent service and Dave made the best whisky sour on island. Will def come back again! Maybe mgmt can consider kamaaina? Didn’t see much locals. Prob bc it’s pricey. Hyatt does 15%

   The service, the view, and the food, are all over the top. It is expensive, but you get what you pay for. The waiters and servers were all very helpful. They have some unique cocktails and their espresso martini was like I’ve never had before. It was stopped with a banana foam and was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant on all fronts.

   First time here. What a great experience and you can’t beat the views. Our dinners were fantastic and our server Steve was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations. Mahalo!

    It was last minute decision to go here! So glad we did. Gorgeous place. They did a special dessert for our anniversary. Service is superb. Our waitress Lauren was very knowledgeable. Pricey but worth it for a special occasion.
