Howards is part neighborhood tavern, part dance party serving classic cocktails, ice cold beer, and bar snacks. The disco ball, loungey banquettes, and high fidelity equipment makes for a one-of-kind hangout. Rosie's is an intimate, lively wine bar located off Blanco Street behind Howards Bar & Club. The eclectic rotating wine list features bottles from around the world with an emphasis on natural winemaking from unique terroirs and small producers. The menu features small plates inspired by the cuisines of Spain, Portugal, and France. The cozy space features a long bar and secluded patio. Rosie’s is walk-in friendly.

Our waitress was extremely helpful in making sure we ordered a wine that we would like. The paella was great and a fun vibe for the night.

Came to Rosie’s for the Paella on the patio experience. It was 95 degrees and they would not turn on the fans or misters on the patio and would not give us a reason why. So we sat at a tiny bar top. Told our server multiple times I was celiac and highly allergic to gluten but they brought out bread sitting a top my salad anyway. The paella was way too salty, the chicken was dry (not worth $34), and the steak frites was under seasoned. The wine was delicious and very unique and Justin was a delight but those two things are the only reason I would return.
