   Open Table just contacted me saying that we were not there. Do not understand how this happened . We were there and always enjoy your New Years menu and the price value. Please don’t change the options!!!! Food is excellent. Our 3rd New Years there - even though we had a reservation - always ask to sit in the bar area.

   Good experience with our large party. The waitress did a very good job. The only 4 star was the food. The fettuccine was bland and not very good.

   We had Christmas Eve reservations and have eaten at this location a few times before, so thought it would be a good, convenient choice. The greeter station is in a very strange location in this store. When you walk in the front door, the greeters are immediately inside the door, but their backs are to the patrons as you walk in. Our party was never greeted - I had to go and stand to the side for about five minutes to get their attention and let them know we had arrived for our reservation. I realize it was a holiday and a little busy, but this is the permanent location for the greeter station and does not provide a good customer experience in general. There were three in our party - one person really enjoyed their entree (lobster mac & cheese). The other two diners said they would not come back. One person ordered chicken parm, which was cold when it was served and the other person ordered a stuffed chicken breast, which had no flavor in the filling. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, but for a $100+ meal, we would go elsewhere next time.

    Houlihans is a great place to grab lunch or dinner. This time I had the Bavarian pretzel, tomato soup, and the petite fillet. Everything tasted great! The staff was friendly, and the food came out quickly.
