   We had dinner in the restaurant and everything about it was excellent The oysters from Merimbula were freshly shucked and came with a vinegratte sauce on the side. The main meals and desserts were exquisitely presented and were delicious. Will be back for sure

   Wow! The valentine day menu was amazing! Can’t wait to go back & try the Al aCarte menu. The front of house staff were lovely & attentive & congratulations to the chef on the quality of food presented. Thanks for a lovely evening

   The only reason I gave this restaurant 5 stars is because you can’t give 6. Everything is amazing, but the way they take care of you and the ambiance make this an experience worth every cent. The 6 course degustation was world class. Wow.

   Jigs is an artist with food, amazing flavour combinations and truly stunning flavour combinations. Peter is the ultimate host taking care of everything with seamless professionalism. I heartily recommend eating at the Canberra

   High expectations, but delivered one of the best meals I've ever had. At one point, literally drinking the last morsel of jus from the jug, and unashamedly wiping the plate clean. Vesta x Jigs is incredible, and worth the drive to Ballarat to experience. The inimitable @dillonpete is working his butt off to serve you the best of the local best, but rest assured it's not pretentious, it's just simply gorgeous, joyful flavour on every plate. @jhigiboy is an off the charts creative, kind hearted human with an obsession for flavour. His beautiful spirit shines through in every bite, and it's one of life's true pleasures to eat his food. Hearing his inspiration for each course, the joy he finds in cooking carrots in their own juice, and the end result of 'carrot puree on steroids', are just one example of this. Pete's knowledge, wit and extensive connections with local producers and winemakers, adds a special dimension to the meal - sharing from his secret cellar stash and opening your tastebuds to new varieties alike.    Exceptional venue, food and service. The stable was the perfect setting for a long summer lunch to celebrate a birthday. Our Melbourne guests were extremely impressed. Well done boys 👏👏

   Loved our degustation dinner. Wonderful, friendly service. Beautiful food. We were celebrating a birthday and extra special effort was made to help us to do. We will be back!
