While the menu was limited not fully consistent with the on-line menu tho also in part to our having an end of the evening reservation, the food when served was excellent ( ‘king’ salmon and steak + etc), as was the desert ( cream brule + berries ).

Great meal in a wonderful rustic and spotless setting in Camp Sherman. This is the same chef and owner that used to have the Kokanee Cafe.

Food was good, fish cooked perfectly, presentation pretty spartan. My cocktail was nice, but the wine list needs improvement. We love the setting!

Take it easy on them as they are likely busier due to being so awesome. Wow! A new restaurant with a fabulous menu with price points for all. The food is absolutely delicious. What a fabulous addition to the Camp Sherman area. I hear fries will soon be on the kids menu. Welcome, welcome.

The food was truly exceptional! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The cocktails were absolutely delicious, bursting with flavors that complemented the menu perfectly. What stood out the most, however, was the amazing service. The staff were incredibly personal and friendly, making us feel right at home. I savored the butcher's cut steak, which was cooked to perfection, juicy and tender, just the way it should be. My wife opted for the beet salad, and she couldn’t stop raving about it. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, showcasing a wonderful balance of flavors and presentation. If you're looking for a place that offers not just a meal, but an experience, Host is the spot to visit. Whether you're planning a date night or a casual dinner with friends, this restaurant delivers on all fronts. We wholeheartedly recommend Host to anyone searching for a memorable dining experience. You won't be disappointed!

The food was great and the servers were wonderful but there wasn’t enough staff for a fully booked Friday night. The two servers were acting as host and bartender and delivering food and drinks and taking orders. For our 7:15 reservation, we weren’t seated and helped until 7:55

Great soft opening. Food was fresh and beautifully plated with flavors that complimented each other well. Ambience is cute, cozy and rustic. Chasen (our a server/owner) was knowledgeable and attentive. Can't wait to visit in the warmer months and sit on their beautiful patio. Highlights are the warm brie (add the chorizo), beet salad and hanger steak. Also save room for the orange creme brulee.
