Manager and head chef refused to remake lobster carbonara without the overly bitter cheese . We drove an hour for that dish after Facebook ad. Very disappointed ruined the Xmas dinner our first time .. there . Manager was rude and just said no substitutions! How is removing the cheese a substitution!? What if you’re allergic!just ego maniac chef , who hid behind kitchen wouldn’t come out to tell us in person. Sam the waiter was awesome, we still tipped him 25% as it was not his fault .. ??

We saw a reel on Instagram with fantastic pictures, claiming that this place has the best lobster rolls in the country . So we drove 60 miles each way for lunch. Whomever did that reel was correct
