    Marc-André et son équipe vous proposent un menu festif en 6 services. L'expérience débute avec un verre de Champagne et deux mises en bouche. Le tout se poursuit avec une entrée de bar sauvage de la Gaspésie, suivi d'un service de pâtes aux pétoncles et d'un plat de volaille. Le plat de résistance mettra le boeuf de l'Île-du-Prince-Édouard l'avant. Vous terminerez le repas sur une note chocolatée. Marc-André and his team are proposing a 6-course tasting menu. It all starts with a glass of Champagne with two amuse-bouche. The journey continues with sea bass from Gaspésie, scallop stuffed ravioli and poultry with morels. Prince Edward Island beef comes to close this savory part. The menu ends on a sweet note with a chocolate dessert.
