   The girl that looked after us was excellent and the service spot on. Food was lovely. Comfortable and well kept surroundings including the restrooms. We will be back. Thank you

   Early dinner with 2 kids- the waiter could not have been more helpful and welcoming to the kids- straight over with crayons and a bottle of dilute blackcurrant. Meals were all delicious- I would have loved more of the curry!! Would definitely return.

   Greeted with a free prosecco and a warm smile by our waitress Sara, we had a v generous shared tapas platter with a tasty array of olives, chutney, cheeses and meats with sourdough. Having taken the suggested wine pairing, the fillet steak was perfectly cooked served with mixed greens. Whilst we couldn't manage the Valentine's shared dessert which looked lovely, we sat back and enjoyed the musical duo. Overall delicious food, lovely ambience and a memorable Valentine's evening.

   My food tasted delicious. I was however expecting a salad with my spinach/feta pastry. What I received was a minimal amount of green leaves: delicious but tiny. Overall price was high.

   Hi Sharon glad you enjoyed the food. I think there may have been a mix up with your order - it sounds like you were served our snack plate which is a veggie pastry with dressed green leaves for 7.95. We also serve the veggie pastry with a generous plate of our seasonal mixed salads of the day the "Honestly Salad Plate". This dish is 16.95. If you can tell me the rough total of your bill I can check that receipt for you and organise a refund of the difference.    Xmas eve dinner Disappointing had eaten here many times before and had no issues hence my return. Food was bland no flavor and not very hot had prawn linguini and had bad tummy upset last night. Did express our disappointment to the server. When asked about dessert was told whatever’s downstairs in the fridge display :(

We served over 500 guests that day, and while most were happy, we're sorry we fell short for you. We did check in with your table during the meal and were disappointed to hear about your experience only when you were leaving. We would have happily remade the dishes for you if we’d known.    Had a lovely meal, and lovely glass of wine and afterwards bought some healthy food for the larder from the Honestly shop and a lovely bottle of wine for when we got home - great evening out :)

   We waited at front door for long time although we had a table booked I felt the queue could have been handled much better people unsure of what to do! After 10/15 mins of being seated, we had to ask for our order to be taken! Food arrived and I had a BLT with chips which were both lukewarm & rasher extremely fatty Overall not the best experience I’m afraid The manager on duty could have delegated to staff as he appeared to be running up & down stairs thus queue at door building up
