   I have not been this disappointed in a dining experience in quite a while and do not know if I have ever been this disappointed in a holiday experience. Service staff were rushed and confused, ambiance greatly lacking, food was a very odd combination/assortment. This felt more like a buffet at a cut rate residence inn than THE Langham. The items that looked appealing to me were average, AT BEST. Nothing about the food evoked "Holiday." So sad! Regrets, Todd

   The hotel was decorated beautifully!!! The food was very good, just wish the little band played longer.

   My family of five went for the Christmas Day buffet. We had an average experience. We found the meat selections to be overcooked and dry. The staff was overwhelmed, they were busy busing and clearing tables to set up new diners, but as such we weren't asked for soda refills and our dirty plates were stacking up, which is unacceptable. No desserts were labeled gluten-free. As a celiac for many years, I know dessert is challenging. Even just one item specifically labeled gluten-free would have been appreciate it. I ended up just having a bowl of strawberries which had been intended for the chocolate fountain. The hotel was decorated nicely, so it was a nice atmosphere. But I can think of other ways that we could have spent this large sum of money for a Christmas meal.

   Holidays at The Langham in Pasadena has everything. The ambiance was delightful with a mixture of jazz and Christmas music. The decorations and decor were delightful. The Ballroom buffet food was delicious. From the extensive choices of breakfast foods, and pastries, seafood, meat entrees, breads, cheese, wonderful desserts, even honey comb and ginger to top it off! Cocktails included for those who choose to indulge. The Langham thought of everything. The experience was fabulous and we hope to be able to attend it again next year!

   Beautiful place and wonderfully decorated for the season. Personnel was a bit all over the place, and the music was too loud to be able to communicate properly. Taste of the food was great, almost cold though. Had hoped for at least baked ham and/or turkey in addition to the beef. The dessert station was the highlight of the brunch.

   Without adequate warning they charged $15 dollars to park with validation! Will never visit again!

   The ballroom was cold, so was the plates and the coffee. The hot food cooled off fast on the cold plates. Cold plates were fine for the salad bar. The waiters were too busy to bring our coffee, reminded them a number of times. When they brought the coffee, it was cold. Waiter apologized profusely. Staff seemed scattered. Jazz band was worth the downside. We tipped them generously for brightening our Christmas Day brunch at the Langham ballroom buffet style event. Pricey at 175.00 per person plus gratuity, tax and parking. C’mon Langham use your heaters and heat up your entre plates and serve hot coffee!

    We didn't have a good experience. It was extremely cold inside of this Ballroom. We could not get comfortable enough to even have a conversation because it was so cold. Our food consistently got cold which made our food experience was not all that pleasurable. We asked several times if they could lower the air conditioner and they totally disregarded our complaint. We all set with coats on could never and could never get comfortable enough to take them off because of the air conditioner being up so high. I had my son with me who sat with his nose running because it was so extremely cold inside of this place. And with my 92 year old grandmother who shivered and shook the whole time. As we looked around you could see other people trying to cover themselves with the tablecloths thst were hanging from the tables because they were so cold. Our Christmas was not what we expected it to be. .
