We are pleased to welcome Art of Alchemy to our Public House in Colony Square this March. Featuring 5 courses curated by Chef Linton Hopkins, we will pair each with a whiskey from the Art of Alchemy catalogue.
Art of Alchemy features a base rye in all of its blended whiskeys. This base rye is distilled by legendary Master Distiller John Rutledge and blended by AoA to create several unique and untraditional blends. We will be lucky enough to host AoA's own Roy Milner (Partner) who also co-founded Blackberry Farms Brewery.
We won't be able to accommodate any dietary restrictions due to the nature of the composed dishes. Please direct any questions to Linton Hopkins, our Assistant General Manager, by emailing manager@holeman-finch.com. Cheers!

We used to love their burgers but they are not up to snuff. I couldn’t put enough sauce on it to taste like much. Juicy they were not.
Even the fish and chips were just ok.
Great items were the Old Fashions, the saltine crackers and the banana foster.
I never knew saltines could be so decadent.
Miles was a very good waiter.
After all these years I not sure we will go back.

We came to celebrate my friends birthday and I was a bit disappointed that no one acknowledged it, even though it was noted on the reservation. Other than that, the service was great.

It was a busy Friday evening with a bustling vibe throughout and included a long wait line for the only 2 restrooms in the restaurant. Our server (if I remember the name correctly) was Zach who had a great smile, was very upbeat and friendly and made good recommendations on our drink order and meals. Very nice.

Overall, the service was good and the food was excellent. Only bad mark was somehow a homeless person managed to get inside the restaurant and was bothering tables asking for food.
