Phở & Co. genießt man am besten im Ho Vang in Berlin-Mitte. Das familiengeführte Restaurant auf der Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße verwöhnt nunmehr seit 2003 hungrige Berliner mit frischen vietnamesischen Gerichten aus der Gegend um Hanoi, die die Familie 1988 für Berlin verlassen hat, gewappnet mit den besten Rezepten aus der Heimat natürlich. Die große Vielfalt an Kräutern stammt hier sogar aus eigenem Anbau und mittlerweile kehren die Massen nicht mehr nur für die authentischen vietnamesischen Spezialitäten ein. Warum? Im Ho Vang bekommt man auch richtig gutes Sushi. Die stets wechselnde Mittagskarte mit fairen Preisen sorgt dafür, dass das Ho Vang auch schon zum Lunch gut besucht ist. Wer im Ho Vangs gemütlichem asiatischen Ambiente tolle Gerichte probieren möchte, sollte vorher auf jeden Fall reservieren.

Booked a table for 2 at 23:00 via OpenTable but when I arrived to the restaurant to have a dinner with my mother and greeted by a small puppy playing with his toy. It took a while to get acknowledged by a member of staff and then I was informed in a very abrupt manner that the kitchen is closed. I explained that I had a reservation but the waitress just kept repeating that they are closed and carried on polishing cutlery... Rude, unprofessional staff! Ignore this place! Instead we had a lovely dinner at Thai restaurant - Prince, which is just a few doors down.
