Located at exactly 7000' in the heart of historic Old Town Park City, High West Distillery & Saloon is Utah's first legal distillery since 1870 and the world's only ski in gastro-distillery. Our passion is crafting delicious whiskeys and pairing them with contemporary Western comfort food. High West Whiskeys have received multiple awards, including being named "Whiskey Pioneer of the Year" in 2011 by Whiskey Advocate, America's leading whiskey magazine. In 2007, David Perkins, a former biochemist with a passion for whiskey, cooking and the American West, and his wife Jane, the great-granddaughter of the founder of one of the leading whiskey distilleries in the 1900's, actualized their dream and opened High West Distillery for business.

We loved the entire experience of the Park City restaurant so much that we went to visit their distillery the next day for lunch and a visit! There was not one thing to be disappointed in... It is absolutely gorgeous , the food was incredible , and the gift shop did not disappoint! This will be a regular destination!

Enjoyed the popcorn & pretzel to start with. Next we indulged in the burger, tacos and fish n chips!! So Good!! Oh and the Spiked Lemonade was dangerously delicious!!! Thanks HW :) Always a favorite place for us to visit in Park City!!
