    The food was just ok. It has always been good in the past. The location on Val Vista is much more consistent. It was a disappointing experience, but the waitress was good and the manager had the burnt food remade.

    Our first time at this location, had high hopes for a new favorite seafood restaurant. It was overall not good. Started with the clam chowder and rainbow sushi roll. Chowder was thick - almost gravy consistency - and very bland. Sushi roll was small and presentation non existent - just slapped on a white plate with a tiny dab of wasabi. Had to ask for more wasabi and more ginger. Could have done a drizzle or decorative sauce placement (check out Smokin Fins for excellent sushi presentation). Entrees only got worse - my Chilean Sea Bass was so salty I couldn't eat more than three bites (and needed an entire glass of water just to eat that much). Also the sauce was not on the side as requested. My husbands seafood pasta had so much sauce that it overpowered the seafood - he couldn't even eat half of the entree. We let the server know - but no adjustments were made. Really disappointing experience for an expensive meal - will not be going back!

    We very much enjoyed our meal at Hide Tide Steelyard. Everything was fresh and well prepared. The server did a real good job for us. We will be back.

    Generally very good but the last two times we’ve been here, anything with a cream base is way way over salted. Let the server know to pass along to the kitchen

    The High Tide is an excellent restaurant. The food is outstanding, and the service was impeccable. My wife has some dietary issues. The server went above and beyond to make sure her needs were met.
