    Join us and fellow pizza enthusiasts as we take a deep dive into the process of making dough, shaping pies, and baking pizzas. Budding pizzaiolos will have the opportunity to create their own pizzas as well as learn first-hand from our expert instructors. Each class includes an assortment of welcome bites, hand-on demonstration in our bakery, and a communal pizza party in the dining room featuring your freshly baked pies and other High Street favorites. Each participant will also have the opportunity to put their knowledge to use at home with a take-home pizza kit! Wine, beer and other beverages will be available throughout the experience for an additional charge.

    Delicious food and amazing service. They really had some cute Valentine’s Day specials. We had the Wagyu steak for two with a chopped brussels sprout salad and mashed cauliflower.

    Scallops were flavorful and expertly prepared. Pasta is also delicious. The lemon olive oil cake is a treat.

    We had a quiet table and the food was fine. I was a little disappointed in the small side salad - it was overdressed. I probably should have asked for the dressing on the side.

    Dined Sunday at FIM SUM BRUNCH. Unique menu, ie Collard Greens stuffed Eggroll, and service each menu item was fine but seemed a bit rushed as too many courses served quickly together. But eventually caught up. Very reasonable price.

    Went for Center City Restaurant Week, and we were seated at the bar. Great $60 pre fix menu and highly recommend the mushroom toast appetizer, which was our favorite dish of the night. Delicious food with clean presentation, tasty cocktails, and attentive service even at the bar.
