   Ambiance was stellar, food was not seasoned at all, steaks had no resemblance of seasoning to the point my husband asked for salt and pepper. Our server seemed distracted to the point where we felt bad for feeling like we were yelling to get her attention. We got our table appetizers but no small plates to eat off of, so we ended up eating with our hands or on the serving plate the apps came on. The host set the tone and was very hospitable! Sadly the lack of attention and unseasoned food brought down our dining experience especially when the bill came. We eat at places like Repeal, Jeff Ruby's, Stoney River, Steak and Bourbon, 8Up, Hotel Genevieve etc, so we know great food and service, in this case our food and service did not match our tab. We may try again for apps and drinks outside but our initial visit was not a good one at all.

   Food was average. Very overpriced for the quality in my opinion. Definitely a one and done experience. Both steaks were a terrible cut. I’ve had better ribeyes at Texas Roadhouse for the price. Overall I’d say the best part was they validated the parking garage and the bread pudding dessert.

   The food tasted amazing. Definitely exceeded my expectations. The steak was the best we’ve had. Perfect texture inside and crispy on outside. The salmon was also the best we’ve had. The appetizers were also very fun and great experiences. The live violin just made everything even more special. Best restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Definitely worth every penny.

   Valentines Day dinner was so nice. A violinist, roses and chocolates with a hand written note. So nice!

   No notes for improvement. Well, maybe one. My personal preference for a fine dining/upscale experience is extremely low lighting. I would turn the overheads completely off and use only the table lighting. I love a pre-set menu and the Valentine's Day selections from the Chef were outstanding. The (butter?) Old Fashioned is outstanding. My wife couldn't believe how good the salmon was and my New York strip was perfect as well Oddly, the potato roll kinda stole the show. So good. Typically I find a solid musician playing with a a backing track to be too mechanical. Like karaoke for a fiddle, but the musician did a fantastic job and music selections were really good.
