HiFalutin is a family dream come true...Back in 1986, as we were creating a name for "Baggin's" (our gourmet sandwich shops), we came across the word "HiFalutin". The name seemed to encompass another dream that we had for establishing a unique, western-like restaurant- one that would be "a cut above" the rest. As that name danced in our heads for 16 years...it has inspired and shaped the creation we now share with you - "HiFalutin:". We hope you will enjoy "our dream" as much as we have enjoyed making it come true. We are a family - related by love, and a passion for great food and entertainment. Ordered a steak salad. So did someone else at the table. The other person ordered it very well done, we all got very well done steak despite preferring medium rare, The other person asked for balsamic dressing and was brought a bottle of balsamic vinegar. Obviously not a great meal or great service.

Our Go To restaurant for steaks, etc let us down last night. While my rib eye was good, my wife’s (whose birthday we were celebrating with our out of town old friend, was tough as was our friends flank steak. We’ll be back but we’ll be more careful about ordering.

The Cowboy Ribeye and Prime Rib is awesome! We will be back to have that again. The place was a little noisy for conversations but overall I recommend this place for great food.

Unique and interesting decor but very noisy. Prime rib was on the specials, but served at room temperature with baked potato and broccoli also not warm. Beef slightly tough and dry. Service disorganized. Overall, not much of a treat.

Food is so consistently good here! Last night, the pork chop and the ribs were 2 favorites! Great service! It is much more lively on the weekends. We choose to go during the week if we want to talk! ;) Highly recommend!

Server Bradley was amazing and entertaining. He knew the dishes and wine selection very well and was attentive throughout our dinner. Everyone enjoyed their meal, drinks and desserts. Wine suggestion was appreciated and went well with steak choice. This was our third time here, and we will definitely return when back in town. Thanks for a great evening!
