   My husband and I were celebrating Valentine's Day a week late so we were hoping for an exceptional evening and that is what we were given the moment we walked in the Herb and Omni door. The hostess was very welcoming and greeted us with a beautiful smile! Our table was in the rear of the restaurant, the hostess telling us as she seated us that this table was her favorite. The decor was elegant but not over stated. Our server, Joe, was one of the very best ever! He talked us through the entire menu and was so professional and warm! The food was generous in portion and tasted delicious. I drank a non-alcoholic drink made with beets that was tasty and not sweet, just the way I enjoy. Thank you for a memorable evening and yes, we will be back!

   The food is incredible! I’ve been several times and every item is amazing! The staff is super friendly and very helpful! Their service goes above and beyond to make sure your table is always clean and glass is always full! I highly recommend for anyone wanting to celebrate a special occasion!

   Amazing birthday dinner experience. Only disappointment was that tasting menu only available if entire table ordered it. We will be back when the Spring/Summer menu debuts.

   If you’re looking for a restaurant where the food is divine, but personal space is a mere suggestion, Herb and Omni is the place for you! Let’s start with the good stuff—the duck poutine. Oh. My. God. If I could legally marry a dish, this would be the one. Crispy fries, tender duck, and cheese curds bathed in rich, velvety gravy—it was so good I briefly blacked out and woke up halfway through the plate. The rest of the menu? Also excellent. Every bite was a tiny, delicious party in my mouth, and I was fully on board. Now, about the seating. If you’ve ever thought, “I wish I could be uncomfortably close to strangers while eating duck poutine,” you’re in luck! The tables are so close together that I accidentally learned my neighbor’s vacation plans and the name of their childhood pet. (It was Mr. Whiskers, in case you were wondering.) If you drop your fork, there’s a good chance it lands on someone else’s plate. Cozy? Yes. Too cozy? Absolutely. Overall, fantastic food, friendly service, but a little too much bonding with fellow diners. Would I go back? Definitely. Would I bring my own cardboard divider? Maybe. 4.5/5 stars—subtracting half a star for the unintended speed-dating experience.

   Without a doubt one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Our server, Joe, was exceptionally knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent suggestions. The Wagyu strip steak was divine and perfectly medium rare. The black cod was buttery and tasty. Each dish was served with perfect accompaniments like blue cheese gratin and pillowy soft gnocchi. The cocktails were worth every penny and the funnel cake dessert and honey cake dessert were the perfect ending. Whenever we are in Whitefish again, we will be back!

   Wonderful atmosphere and we had a great server. Food was also different, creative and delicious. We were there for Valentine's Day dinner. Ordered the tasting menu. After 2 1/2 hrs., we'd only been served three of the five dishes and walked out. That part, not so fun.
