   The ambiance and service are both very good. However, the food is bland. I would expect great flavors for a Cuban style restaurant.

   Unfortunately this is some of the worst food i have had. Even the boiled white rice was uneditable. The server and manager were nice. No one working there seemed surprised at our feedback. Shame because there is so much good food in Ashville. This is not one of them.

   The guy who waited on us was nice but the restaurant was understaffed, drinks came after food and only after we inquired for a third time. Food was OK but part of our order never came. So we left and had desert at another place. Disappointing. Wanted it to be good.

   It was okay. Ordered soup and it was not hot. Sent it back. Brought it out again … not hot. Lettuce was wilted on salad. Our waiter was nice but new and not use to dealing with diners.

   The appetizers were delicious,the actual food or entree not that much. The drinks were great. I will be back for appetizers and cocktails.

   Our server was excellent, but the food was not that well prepared. My husband got paella and the mussels were not cooked. Great place for a drink and the view, but not to eat.

   Although our waiter was kind and knowledgeable the food lacked flavor, with the exception of the empanadas. They were great! I ordered paella that lacked flavor and the seafood was overcooked. My grandson wanted a Cuban sandwich without mustard and pickles. We were told sandwiches could not be made to order because they are premade and just heated up. We knew they were working with a limited menu, but what was offered could have tasted better. I wouldn’t return for the food, but this is a great place for a drink, empanadas, and an absolutely spectacular mountain view.

    You really cannot beat this place for casual, fun, and great views!! Menu is pretty limited but what's there is really good and the prices for the atmosphere and location are fantastic.
