Hell's Kitchen Minneapolis is a vibrant dining spot praised for its "awesome lemon pancakes" and "consistent excellence" in food, service, and atmosphere. The brunch experience, especially during Viking gamedays, is a standout with delightful options like the caramel pecan roll and screw-mosa. Guests love the "fun atmosphere," attentive staff, and the unique Bloody Mary bar. Fun Bloody Mary bar… fun place, although spendy for what you get.

Our service was outstanding. I had the lemon ricotta pancakes, just to try something I hadn’t tried there yet. I didn’t care for them, but my wife and kids liked them a lot. That aside, we would definitely come back again. This place is great.

We all started with happy hour margaritas, generously sized, and had the walleye with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans, followed by the chocolate coconut tart and coffee. Yummy all around.

Do not skip out on this place. This has become a staple for my family's brunches when we are ever in the Minneapolis area. The service has always been excellent with the staff being kind, fun, patient, knowledgeable, and more. The homemade peanut butter is necessary whenever you have toast or pancakes there. If you like crunchy peanut butter, this will have you leaving with a jar like me. We have ordered just about everything off the breakfast menu, but here are our favorites. 1.) You have to start with a Caramel-Pecan Roll and leave nothing behind 2.) If you want some spice, Huevos Rancheros or the Fredo's Breakfast Burrito are excellent options with their sweet and spicy pineapple salsa (had to add the guac and bison-pork sausage!) 3.) Their Buttermilk Pancakes and their Lemon Ricotta Hotcakes. They are huge and so delicious! I'm not usually a fan of lemon flavored sweets, but the hotcakes were light, subtle with just the right amount of lemon flavor, and perfectly cooked with some of the light crunch you love around the edges and on the top. The pancakes and definitely going to fill you up, but it was worth it! Whether you eat them with the maple syrup or the peanut butter, you can't go wrong. I look forward to the next time I will be there! 4.) Drinks are very important! We had to try some hot chocolate and then of course some seasonal sweet cocktails. They were sweet, but not too sweet and the alcohol was not overwhelming. Definitely some fun and tasty cocktails for sure!

Amazing bloody mary and mimosa bar, almost a meal in themselves! We were celebrating a birthday, which got us a free photo booth token and dessert to share. I didn't realize how big this place is! We were seated in the quieter dining side, but the live music playing in the other area wasn't too loud. Looks like a nice happy hour, too, so we'll have to return soon for that!

Fabulous music on a Saturday late morning. Perfect to listen to and also to have a conversation. The ricotta pancake are delightful! Love the peanut butter. The menu overall is a bit heavy--lots of grease.

Food was not bad but nothing terribly amazing. Our server was awful. Extremely slow and there was only 1 other table there for brunch time 11:00 on a Friday. I also heard the other table asking if they’d ever get their bill and where did the server go.
